Buy fitness items and activity and leisure goods from Lloyds Pharmacy online store
(18/04/2008)
Lloyds Pharmacy has recently launched a new online store via its already established website. The new Lloyds Pharmacy online store allows customers to order health products via the internet, and have them delivered to their homes, eliminating the need to visit the pharmacy in person. Visitors can choose from fitness items, activity and leisure goods, plus electrical health products such as blood glucose meters, healthy food steamers, digital body scales and digital TENS machines.
The Lloyds Pharmacy site also stocks a range of family health and beauty products, including fragrance, gift sets and a series of Helping Hand Books authored by Sarah the Duchess of York, which are exclusive to LloydsPharmacy.
The books cover a range of experiences that children may have to deal with as they grow up and each covers one topic and contains a simple story designed to be read by both children and parents. Each of the books also features ten helpful hints written by Dr Richard Woolfson, a leading child psychologist, to help parents guide their child positively and sympathetically through each experience.
Those looking for health advice will also find the Lloyds Pharmacy Health A-Z an invaluable source of information that covers a massive range of topics, including a database of diseases and conditions, woman's health, men's health, children's health, sexual health as well as travel health advice. There is also a self help section on the site that allows visitors to make a basic assessment of whether or not they are at risk of common conditions such as high blood pressure, or diabetes.
The new online store is expected to expand its range of health products over the coming months, and provides an excellent compliment to the existing LloydsPharmacy high street stores located across the UK.
